We engage with and support organizations, teams, and individuals that demonstrate a willingness to expand approaches to solving problems, as well as value that learning and growth is a necessity. Engagements can last a couple weeks or many months depending on the scope of the desired outcomes.
 
We also commit a portion of our time to non-profit organizations that do not have the resources to contract with consultants and coaches. We believe that raising the effectiveness of leaders and solutions in all types of organizations will benefit all of us.
