What is Design Thinking?

Design Thinking is a non-linear, iterative process that businesses or individuals can use to understand people (members, clients, users), challenge assumptions, define or redefine problems and create innovative solutions to ultimately prototype and test. Involving five different modes—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test—it is often used to tackle problems that are ill-defined or unknown.

What we do

We have four primary ways we work with clients.

1.Introduce you to design thinking through bootcamp style workshops. This allows you to experience design thinking without committing to using it. It also helps you decide if it is a methodology that will serve your needs.

2.Facilitate an internal team’s design thinking project for finding a solution to a real issue or problem. This enables a team to use design thinking without having to be experts. Since the team does the work, it learns design thinking principles that can be extended beyond the project.

3.Facilitate organizations to have more innovative and creative cultures through adopting design thinking mindsets and principles. By cultivating the use of central design thinking elements, any organization can inherently become more innovative and creative in how it approaches problems.

4.Serve individual leaders in their development by integrate design thinking mindsets and principles in their leadership practices in order to increase their impact and performance.

  • Finish with you able to continue using what you learn.

"When I feel stuck…when I am in a creative rut, I always go to the problem."

Jerry Lorenzo, Fashion Designer

"Don't make the same decision twice. Spend time and thought to make a solid decision the first time so that you don't revisit the issue unnecessarily."

Bill Gates
